Born in 1974, and illegally moved to the United States when he was 9. No one has claimed to ever had seen this boy's parents, investigators have assumed them both to be dead. However, Devil's Advocate, After , it's noted his debt and alcoholism grew tenfold. Citizens have reported a bagged man stealing alcoholic drinks, and wondering around the city, with no real destination. Most people have said he would be dead by 27.
