Basileus "Basil"

Basil was born on an uncertain day to uncertain parents and was found and raised by Imperial monks in Cyrodiil, and was thus given an Imperial name. While on a pilgramage, he got into a fight with another man and was arrested for killing the man accidentally while trying to defend himself, which is how he got to Morrowind. He's very kind and tries to help others when he can. Though he's an outlander and part of the Imperial cult, he doesn't think taking land and power from the Ashlanders is the answer- this belief was only further strengthened by his friendship and later romance with the ashlander Julan Kaushibael. He isn't sure what to think about his destiny as Nerevarine most of the time, but is determined to do the right thing.
