About Devil
Devil is a Fire Okaii Dryn that crosses towards the Dark element as well.  Devil claims to have been a fallen Okaii Dryn - that he once had wings and the Elders punished him for not fulfilling his duties and struck them from him.  Though, other Okaii Dryn speculate he mutilated himself to give that appearance.  Devil is responsible for caring for the souls that have passed on and done bad deeds.  He is to help them atone for their mis-deeds so that they one day can rest in peace.  It was this duty that he had abandoned when the Elders supposedly struck his wings.  He is known to use fire to help those atone for their mis-deeds.  And because so, Devil is known to use Hellfire (jujipup.deviantart.com/art/Oka…) for such a purpose.  Devil does well with Ghost (jujipup.deviantart.com/art/OPE…) who helps spirits cross over.  From there, Devil cares for those that have mis-deeds.  Devil also works sometimes with Skeleton (jujipup.deviantart.com/art/OPE…) who helps bones find the rest of their bones so that souls can rest in peace.  Without that, those with mis-deeds will never rest even after they've atoned.  Devil does NOT like Angel (jujipup.deviantart.com/art/OPE…).
