Harvey

Harvey is a thin, angular anthro tiger. He has retractable claws the same shade of green as his paw pads and eyes. He has gauge piercings and snake bite piercings!! His fangs are always showing and are slightly pointed outwards. his fur is thickest around his neck, chest, elbows, and the base of his tail. the only stripes that are not random are his face markings. the green around his neck is a bandana!
