he/her. she is an imperial dragon who was born with the mutation of having two sets of wings. she can take on the form of a rather tall (6ft) polynesian woman -specifically from maui/fantasy equlivant- an amur leopard, or a draconic hybrid anthro thing.
kahoku is self serving, prideful and manupulative. though, she is 'good' in the sense of she detests violence for violence sake. she is definitely a leader and dominant in nature and will verbally fight anyone who tries to tell her what to do. if arguing doesn't work, she will sic her partner on them. as an imperial, she has a strong sense of beneveloance in the form of giving money to the poor and making sure no one is living on the street even if she acts cool about it, not seeing attention for her actions.
