(Like Elliot but with a V in front) but he doesn't like it much so..Velshi !!

-is usually drawn without a mouth but can have a mouth if they are consuming food or drink or sumthn

-big fan of Pokemon and Kirby, he hangs out with Scout sometimes to play Nintendo 

-occasionally goes on missions for his friends, he's not the greatest at them though
