Design TOS

- Do not sell my designs on amino. Anything I make is to stay far away from it!

- Do not sell my designs for more than they are worth. I am an independent artist and it is very rude to profit off my work like that (or anyones, for that matter). Only personal art and commissions will increase the value. Gift / free art of any kind, no matter who from, does not.

- Characters you received for free (e.g gift or raffle) have to be traded or given away for free unless art has been added!

- If a chargeback happens, you automatically lose the ownership rights to the character and any artwork of the design and I have every legal right to claim it back.

- Please always credit me for the design!

- My designs are allowed to be used for commercial use as long as I am paid a small fee, and am given credit for the creation of it! If you are interested in using one of my designs, please contact me on toyhouse, as I reply the fastest here!

- I’d prefer if my designs stayed on toyhouse, however, Refsheet is also acceptable! Do not delete my designs off of either of those two sites.

- If you want me to change trade permissions of a character you would like to sell or trade away, simply comment on my TH profile! I'll get to it as soon as I can <3

-I am willing to help with corrupted or lost ref files. Unfortunately however, I no longer have any files from characters before 2022, I'm really sorry. If there are any issues with characters from that time, I most likely won't be able to help but you are free to message me anyway!
