TBN is a waterspirit that manifested a humanoid body so that she could enjoy live on land and experience the world.

Normally she doesn't wear clothes, only when she is outside of her home (ie visiting villages).
She doesn't need to war clothes, because when she is in her humanoid form, she doesn't have any "specific parts" that need to be covered up (kind of like Mystique in the movies). Therefor don't draw her with nipples, a bellybutton and other "parts" when drawing her without clothes. Because of that she also can't get pregnant or do the activites to even get pregnant.
Her skin is made out of fishscales and always slick and wet. 

She doesn't like warm and dry places, because those will dry her out and she will need to drink lots of water. If she ends up in places like that, she always has to waer shoes as to not lose her water faster.

Since she is a water spirit, she can control water and talk to fish and other aquatic lifeforms.
