Matcha tries her best to be the ray of sunshine people never know they need, but does so at the expense of herself. She LOVES making fun of her flaws to make others laugh. 

When she's struggling with her mental health, she tries to only tell her husband because she doesn't want others to see her in such a state.

Childhood

Growing up, Matcha was the only child of two mentally ill and older parents. She was often sheltered and over-protected, and as a result, was often treated as an outsider by others her age because she wasn't as "street smart" as them. 

Early Teenage Years

Matcha developed her first major crush at age 15, and unbeknownst to her, would marry him 4 years later. He helped open her eyes to her parents' overbearing and abusive nature, and helped teach her about the things she didn't know about the world. They pursued a romantic relationship, but had to break it off less than a year later because he turned 18, and it was worried her father would report their (nonsexual) relationship to the police. 

She made a variety of friends during this time, but only a few were genuine friends. They stick by her side even to this day, and she has always treasured their companionship. 

Around this time, she began showing her first signs of mental illness, but they were generally dismissed because they were mistaken for "normal hormonal teenager" things.

Early Adulthood-Present

Matcha reconnected with her future-husband at age 18. The two re-established a romantic relationship, and when Matcha's parents found out, a war broke out. She ran away from home while her boyfriend was on Deployment (USAF), and was welcomed into her future in-laws' home for the time being. 

The two became engaged, and when he returned home, Matcha moved to a neighboring state to join him. They quickly got married. 

About a year into marriage, Matcha became pregnant! She gave birth to a healthy little girl, but unfortunately, Matcha's fragile mental health took a turn for the worse. She received the help she needs, but still has to work hard to keep herself sane.
