Samuul is a dark blue cat with light blue markings and tufts. He has dragon-like features and can float. He has eletric powers thanks to his eletric orb and only uses it when necessary.
[Backstory: Samuul grew up in a nice town, it had higher ranking cats and royals. Those "higher ups" were vicious however and didn't treat others kindly. One day, Samuul had been minding his own business when some "higher ups" barged into his home. They taken his parents and had taken away everyone that he loved. Apparently, they were seen as "criminals" for no reason at all. After the raid, Samuul ran from the town, upset and hear broken. In the forest near his town, he met a spirit. The spirit introduced itself as the lighting dragon and granted Samuul an orb that'll allow him to control electricity at will. Samuul eagerly accepted and took the orb. The orb took the spirit into Samuul's body and granted him the powers that were promised. Samuul now uses the orb to seek revenge on those "higher ups" except his lust for revenge made him a merciless creature.]
