They're sisters, Cola is elder and Opse is younger; Cola is a nail forger and dating Milo. 

Cola is a young adult bug of unknown species who met Milo somewhere in the City of Tears. She learned of his dream to become a nail forger and decided to teach him her skill. Over time, they developed feelings for each other and started dating.
