Bio: A mysterious girl who is an elusive sight in the beaches. She was a girl who was displaced from her time period, but was found by the Oracle, she is mysterious as she goes around in a summer white dress and hat. Observing special people, willing to interact with them in her secret. Her interaction with the Oracle, gave her the power to travel different time periods, as a mermaid.
She would secretly come in contact with some humans who have beliefs of myths and dreams, as well as determined individuals, as told by the Oracle she met.
She would assist them on their trials and befriend them, if given the choice, they would become mermaids themselves, also being removed from the surface world and timeline, to swell the ranks.

The oracle would also mention to find another mermaid such as herself, of the opposing color scheme. one from the sea itself but in a specific world. She the met Emi on a distant island region where she would guide her with an invisible hand to overcome her trials. Emi can sometimes find Orie in lonely beach ares to have their discussions when it comes to the seas, being like the flow of light and time itself. Across the flow of time, she would get in touch of the chosen individuals via natural signs should the situation change.
