Shiori always lived a solemn existence. Never fitting in. Too pale. Too nerdy. No friends to speak of. Growing up she had these dreams of a lady with long blonde hair. They plagued her. Haunted her. Until every night was a new nightmare of this woman's violent battles, struggles and heart break.

One day it all became too much for Shiori. Her parents thought she was crazy. She had no friends to fall back on. So Shiori- just fell. The sad lonely girl climbed the tallest building, stood at its edge, closed her eyes and leaned back.

At once, in free fall, she transformed into Sailor Spinel Arachne. Falling safely in the net of a web before hitting the ground.

To Shiori her former self died that day. She now lives as Arachne.

Trivia
+ Arachne will ignore anyone who calls her by her old name. She considers Shiori to be dead/ a past life.
+ Arachne is an albino. Which is why she spent most time indoors.
+ Arachne likes to sew little plushes. She also dabbles in knitting. Mostly long multi-coloured scarves.
+ Though Arachne has never had a relationship, she's probably as gay as a rainbow.
