 Havel is a gentleman and a scholar. He lives in modern day New York City as a detective, though he thrives on the styles of the 19th century. As a wealthy young man he chooses to use that Wealth to explore parts of the world most fear to travel. Even though he could take a plane he prefers the humble approach, traveling either boat or the occasional air ballon.
