Shinsuke has always been talented with a katana. He entered a dojo as a child, and grew stronger everyday. Soon, he became the most powerful samurai in his district, maybe in all Japan. No one could beat him. Or could they? One day, his colleagues invited him for a night of drinking. He accepted, but had no idea it was a trap. They got him drunk, tied him to a tree and set him on fire. They laughed as he screamed if pain, turning their backs on him. But a human soul, after the body dies in a horrible way, isn't let free. Instead, it becomes evil, distorted. And soon enough he became what every human feared: a demon. He woke up hungry. Angry. All he wanted was to kill those bastards. And that's what he's gonna do.
