A store owner

a neon sign hung with a green serpent looked a little too fluid in motion to be considered just a sign.

The building, oddly enough looked like an old retail store for clothes, though a tad creepier given the fact that the lights were dim and the counter was unoccupied. Theo had glanced around the place real quick before he leaned over the counter and a small 'ding' noise could be heard echo'ing throughout the store.

"In the back!" A shrill voice called behind a door behind the desk and Theo motioned for the two to follow before they disappeared behind a beaded doorway of frilly ribbons.

The back looked...well, much different. It was much bigger than the store sought it to be out front, as well as all sorts of colors giving the room an energetic hue to it. There were clothes and fabric's hanging all around the place, makeup stations on one wall and a literal mini runway on the other. There also was apparently a LOT of spider webs sitting about everywhere. Theo glanced back at the two kids, "I hope neither of you two are afraid of spiders.." He muttered, before suddenly a shadow overlooked them.

"Oh Theo!! You came back!" Several arms peered over the children and picked the poor guy up into the air before he was being shaken about, "I TOLD YOU TO CALL ME NEXT TIME YOU NEEDED AN ORDER, WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!!"

There was a bit of a faded sickly smell in the air, and with good reason too since it was obvious something inhumane lived here. Hanging from the ceiling was exactly that, a skinny bodied woman with the body of a fuzzy serpent and nothing but arms lining her body like a centipede. She had the face of a middle aged asian woman, with long and tied back black hair, and was currently wearing a slightly tight looking dress. She also apparently had four large black eyes with yellow irises, that immediately locked onto the children below her, a large fanged smile appeared. "GUEST TOO?!! You shouldn't have!" She dropped him down and he landed next to the two in a groaning heap.

"It's nice to see you again too Francesca..." Theo wheezed.

The 'downstairs' is an alias for the monster market.

Her 'outfittings' work like so;
"Eh?.." Francesca rose a brow before she began to laugh, "Such a silly little child, with such a mind like that..gracious no!! I charm people with certain enchantments to give them the appearance of creatures like me or you. Usually I'm a single lone boring looking human at the front desk, but when nightfall comes along and I close up the front shop I can be myself and let loose. The charms I made don't just give the 'illusion' of being the creature you want, but allows you to feel what it's like, it changes your body kind of like a werewolf to suit the needs of what you want to be. Becoming a vampire is so simple, gosh I probably don't even have to try with them." She wandered off towards her desk in the back.

Theo glanced back to the two, "Are you both comfortable with that idea? You won't be real vampires, you'll just share the same aspects sort of like me..y'know, cold skin, fangs, sharper nails.." He tried to explain.

THE DARK STAR BAZAAR
A place of untamed chaos, where anything goes for those that scour the streets of this underground market searching for what they seek. Only the unnatural is allowed entry, witches are hardly allowed inside, and straight up humans even more so.

Witches Brew Cafe....which is closed. 'Potion Commotion,' 'What the Spell,' and 'Dark Star Bazaar.'

Theo works sometimes at a Monster Bar (The place smells sickly sweet, an intoxicating aroma charm that keeps humans from straying too close or from getting away)
Charlie is the boss of the place
There Kimichi works (she's a zombie doctor or something)
"Claire is short for Claire Voi, or clairvoyance. She can see many things transpire around in the city if she focuses hard enough.
A large stone oni named Frank with one large green eye and a horn on his head works there.

Stopping at the door the giant offered, the stranger tested the handle before he opened up the door. A rather spacious room sat laid out that looked like a literal chill spot to hang out at. There was a large couch decorated with luscious pillows, a coffee table, a small bar-stand with a mini fridge, a corner near the door that held a stage and a pole with mirrors around it, and a bookcase with a few beanbag chairs to chill out in. The room thankfully didn't smell as bad in here as it did out there, mostly cigarette smoke if anything. The stranger immediately went for the couches before he slumped down into them and sighed in relief, "Heaven..."
