Personality

Penelope is an observant, thoughtful individual, and is skilled at picking up on social cues; as a result, she believes that she can predict the outcomes of almost all circumstances, and is genuinely put off when something doesn't happen like she expected it to. Internally, she bears the attitude of a know-it-all. 

Outwardly, Penelope is quiet and calm, but polite. She's kind to others and is quick to offer help whenever it is needed. She often pretends that she doesn't know what other people are thinking or feeling, when in reality, the opposite is generally true.
