Shauna is an experienced, strong-minded and loving woman. She will extend her help if someone truly needs it, won't hesitate to comfort someone, and will be the first one to say if something is wrong. From first glance, she is a professional woman with not a lot to say. She knows she doesn't have to open up to everyone, and that there should be few people in her life that she is open with. She is clear and quick with her words, witty in her own right, and not averse to some banter if it is appropriate.

Shauna prides herself on being a strong pillar for her family, friends and community to rely on. She uses her wide pool of knowledge and experience to assist those around her, whether it be physically, emotionally or socially. While these are traits knit deep into her person, she also deals with her own demons. Anger, fear, anxiety. Circumstances falling out of her control, losing someone dear to her, always fearing the worst. At all times she is vigilant, sometimes in her own home, ready to prevent anything bad from happening to her or her family. This shows itself with her sometimes acting like a stick in the mud, not allowing herself much fun in favour of being aware of everything around her.

However, after being reassured and convinced everything is okay, a different type of person emerges from Shauna; someone who dearly wishes to live life and have fun. Her past has imprinted so much on her that when she lets go for a little bit, it's jarring with her typical demeanour. She will banter on, sing and dance, drink and joke. She will smile genuinely for smilings sake, and love the world.
