↳ by owning a design by me you automatically agree to these terms.
• Do not repost, roleplay with, or use my designs in any way if it does not belong to you.
• Do not submit my designs into NFTs or AI art bots.
• Do not use my designs for any discriminatory or nsfw purposes. (I literally only design feral animal OCs. 🧍)
• Paid for designs have a two week reselling cooldown, free designs have a month long cooldown.
• Do not sell my designs for more than you paid for, unless you’ve purchased/made art or writing.
• Don’t sell to blacklisted users.
• Do not redesign characters beyond recognition, unless you’re returning the original to me.
• Putting your own personal character reselling TOS on my designs is not allowed.
these are not necessarily rules, but would be really appreciated !
• Big redesigns make me uncomfortable so please avoid them. I can usually make small changes on the og ref if asked. Small redesigns or lore changes I’m completely fine with !
• I’d heavily prefer if the designs are only kept to users on ToyHouse, this is to prevent scamming.
honestly kinda sick of how people, are treating my designs so unfortunately I’ll be making a tos.
- you MUST have a toyhouse when purchasing designs from me. this prevents a lot of issues with my designs, theft, and losing art/designs. (ONLY acceptation is if you *already* own one before this, I’m not gonna force you to get toyhouse lmao)
- all designs have a two week cooldown once bought from me. Especially delicats, as that’s is the species rules.
- do not delete my designs, if anything give them back to me.
- don’t sell for more then you got them for without art/writing
- my designs may not be used for nfts, merchandise/marketing, any sexual uses, scams, or racist, homophobic, transphobic, zoophile, pedophile, or discriminatory reasons.
- do not sell to blacklisted, users at all.
- not really a rule however if you need hq ver just ask I should have them
- this is subject to change at any time
