Iulius

"Do not be afraid."

Iulius was a guardian angel for as long as he can remember. He loved watching over humans, taking care of them, guiding them through their lives, so much so that he often took matters into his own hands. Humans couldn't possibly know what's best for them, so weak, powerless, simple-minded...he had to do whatever he could to ensure they could become the best version of themselves, even if those methods went against his protectee's wishes.

Iulius's constant and sometimes violent interference into the lives of humans was increasingly becoming an issue. The worst of such interferences resulting in the death of his charge. This great sin had him finally struck down from the heavens, becoming badly injured in the fall and losing his wings. He cried, he sobbed, his one purpose for his creation was taken from him, and he couldn't understand why. After what felt like an eternity, he started to calm down. The fog cleared, and he made up his mind. His life wasn't over, it's just beginning anew. Without the restraints he had as an angel, he's free to help humans however he pleases. Iulius picked himself back up, mended his clothes, and set out to begin saving those struggling in this unforgiving world, whether they wanted him to or not.
