As Vimvim was not raised around Alternia, she has a more open view about the others ways of thinking and has a better understanding of their feelings. Since nothing is known about lime castes, she doesn't know about her ability to be able to soothe others just by talking with them. Being able to calm down her fellow trolls has become a serious asset because of their violence, unbeknownst to her and the others.

Vimvim taken in by Rheseh just when she was a little grub, saving her from being culled by the Alternian Military. She doesn't remember anything about Troll society because of Rheseh's rescue and resides on Rheseh's ship, being cared for by him and traveling space. Vimvim tries to learn about their culture but Rheseh tries his best to remove her from it... with no luck of course.
After seeing live-feeds of where Rheseh grew up, she no longer wants to see them in person... yet she has a yearning to meet more of her kind and it saddens her deeply to see them in such disarray. Vimvim wants to help them progress but she knows it's better to let them be. She had accidentally learned about the history of her blood caste and stubbornly refuses to talk about how it makes her feel, trying to be strong for Rheseh.
Vimvim loves going to new planets and seeing the plant life they have, often taking a plant for herself to raise on the ship; her room is covered in life and is often a mess with all of her artistic interests. She sleeps on a large cocoon of fluffy blankets and pillows, often making Rheseh laugh at her Troll instinct of making comfy piles to sleep in.
