Wynne does not carry a weapon except when she grabs her mop. She is the embodiment of justice. Her abilities are:
Voice of Truth - ability to ask a question and compel the speaker to speak the truth
Karma (Inducement) - ability to induce immediate karmic forces upon someone as a consequence of their actions or lack of action within the scope of their current life or a selected time frame
Variation of Karma (Inducement): "Spirit of Yet to Come"/Introspection - ability to show what the results of an action or of actions are without the consequence coming to pass (yet)

Wynne is actually quite OP and terrifyingly so. The idea of being able to showcase the repercussions of an action immediately is probably god-like. Wynne is also not immune to karmic forces and knows she is not the best example of goodness. When she encounters someone who has done wrong, she encourages them to apologise and to do good works instead.

Wynne's penpal is an elderly woman (Alice) she met in a grief and bereavement group that happens to share the same name as her sister, Alys.
Alice lost her son in a traffic accident around the same time Wynne lost her family. They are very attached and want the best for each other.
Alice worries about Wynne as Wynne has mostly stopped going outside of her home and no longer talks about her dream for the future.
