Malignis is one of the few Idohr in existence; An ageless, immortal beast. After killing a king of a powerful empire, Malignis was cursed to have any injuries he sustained during battles to be permanent, an example being when a swordsman sliced through his stomach in an attempt to kill him after hearing rumours of Malignis's curse. There were several attempts on his life to prevent his tyranny, but all of them failed. He is one of the first generation of Idohr, along with his siblings Ashum and Bane, and is a direct descendant of the Earth's creator. However, he is the youngest and was spoiled by his brothers, leading him to become selfish, self-centred and vain. This led to him wanting to take the world for his own, much to Bane's disliking. However, Ashum is on his side, believing that their parent has ruled over the Earth for too long, and is Malignis's right hand man.

Present

Malignis is well-known as the malicious ruler of Aziwi, a place like the netherworld, where all the precious ores and minerals are, causing life above to prevent progress in fear they might be attacked. Although he was banished there centuries ago after killing the king mentioned before, he managed to find a loophole in the system where he can send pieces of him up at a time in the form of his fractured soul. Along with this, his brother Ashum is helping him to reform after reaching the surface so that they can conquer the world. However, their plan is taking longer than expected due to Iver, Bane's eyes and ears of Kuzsia, the normal world, along with the fact that as more and more of Malignis's soul get taken away the less motivated and inspired he is, as well as his more and more of his memory being lost to be put into the new him on the surface of Kuzsia.
