Background: 

Oona was born prematurely after her mother suffered a tragic accident. The doctors were unable to save her mother, so they tried their hardest to save Oona. After the death of her mother, her father ended up being unable to care for her due to grieve and gave his premature baby up for adoption.
Oona needed lots of medical care for the first 4 months of her life. Around 5 months old everything seemed to be going a lot better with her, she still needed lots of care but not around the clock. When she was 3 years old doctors declared her completely healthy and she was finally able to be around the other children and experience life.
Oona is a very fun loving and imaginative girl, she has always been this way and will always be. She is elegant but also very emotional, tense about almost everything. Oona can be extremely selfish, due to the almost constant care she got when she was so young. Even after the care ended the orphanage workers where always afraid she would ‘break’.
Oona was extremely happy when she was finally adopted by Senji, she liked the thought of being an only child and not having to share her father with anyone else. When Senji brought Noriko in two years later Oona had a very hard time adapting. She did not show her struggle much but she did a lot of petty things to get attention. After a while Oona warmed up to her new sister, and now she cannot imagine a life without her happy 3 person family. Over the years Oona has started to try and get her father to find a partner, she learned to set her selfishness aside in order to see her family happy.
Oona was very much the class clown in the academy for her year. She passed easily and learned to develop sand jutsu’s. She loved learning the jutsu’s as it gave her a link to her home village while being happy in her new home.
