A blind Sylph who hates Angels and all things angelic.

Elena is 141cm (4’7”) tall with wavy raven hair and green eyes and has pale scars around her eyes. She wears a tattered pastel blue dress and a blue ribbon in her hair and also has a brown caraco. She also wears a Sylph broach on her dress. Her skin is unnaturally pale she also has a small pair of light grey-blue wings which she hides under her caraco. She carries a scrying glass in her hands made of a giant black tortoise shell piece.
Sylph form: Her skin and hair turns blue and her wings grow, whatever clothing she is wearing becomes distorted and elongated.
Elena has come to be a quick judge of character despite her young age and rather Cynical and trusts very few people. She is highly independent despite being completely blind and is often seen wondering around with only her id Pipsqueak for protection. Elena really hates Angels.
Elena lived with her mother and father till she was three when her father disappeared. When Elena was five a group of angels cornered her and her mother. They killed her mother and blinded her and then strung her mother up with her wing feathers ripped out and craved the word impure into the flesh of her belly. She has only recently thanks to a dimension walker named Lily been reunited with her father on a planet called Earth and since her father’s work is too dangerous for her to tag along she has been staying with his friends.
She can control electric currents and air currents. When in her Sylph form she can control both at the same time. She can currently use them separately for several minutes and together for one or two attacks.
Her scrying glass can transport things to other dimensions most easy Dala.
