Has an extremely powerful laptop that he takes with him everywhere. Lets him tap into whatever he wants whenever he wants. Using his skills to protect those harmed by the government and other shifty characters. Surge developed a software that is basically an info shield. He takes this shield and puts it on anyone who he finds getting attacked. With his power he can pick thought coding visible to him and see if someone's info is being stolen. Boom puts his shield on them. Any stolen copies he makes sure are permanently deleted. Been doing this for years since his power “sparked” to life when he was electrocuted while boosting his signal with a cell tower. Never been caught and leaves his mark in the stolen files. The skull tattoo on his shoulders is the mark. Nicknamed Green Demon by the gov. It gives him so much joy to stick it to the government for being shitheads.

Swimming < underwater his power is dulled, helps him relax since the buzzing (from his power) in his head is quieter. Usually background noise grown to ignore it but it’s a nice change sometimes.

Positives- Strong fighter, friendly, will take your side first but don’t cross him, gives second chances if he feels its fitting.

Negative-  
Energy drink addiction < Can’t sleep anyway might as well stay up. Insomnia, has a temper but takes a bit to bring him to this point. < Unless you bring the gov into the convo….just be prepared!
