A unique beast of the tundra, the villagers don't know much of it and gives Nywn a wide berth should it be disturbed. There are several circulating folk myths about their origins.

Frequently scuffles with Albaq for food.

Animals seem to avoid them & their presence is marked by silence.

Hunts by hanging upside down in dead trees by its tail. The color of its body tends to make it blend in with the snow and sky.
