0. Ceres's Ownership

TOS - applied when you accept ownership of a design of mine.

• Do not erase poc features off of my designs please, i do try to be diverse as a poc myself so i hope you enjoy them as they are or, if you're having trouble doing so please find another design you can feel comfortable with!

• -once traded/swapped a design can not be sold. If you did not pay usd for a design by me, you dont get to receive any form of usd for a design by me. this includes usd add ons. If that bothers you please find someone elses work.

• -you do not get to sell a design for the original auction price or worth before your ownership of them if you paid less than that OR received it in a trade/swap.

• MEANING : if you paid 30$ for a design that was originally sold by me for $300, that design does not get resold for $300. you only put $30 into it, so you get to sell it for $30. if you added a headshot for 20, then that design get's sold for $50. the monetary worth and regular worth are separate. a design can be WORTH $2k when looking for trades but  if you only bought it for $300, when sold with no added artwork UNDER your ownership it is ONLY $300.

• please don't upsell art from people unless!! they are personally ok with it, 

• -don't inflate the price of a design unless actual value was added in terms of art/physical goods.

• -there can only be one toyhouse profile for a design. (  co-owners take note. Please choose one person to host the design ) to avoid confusion in the future.

• -editing my art is okay, (unless it's nsfw do not add nsfw to my art!) but the original file must remain within the toyhou.se profile for the next owner !

payment plans

• - A down payment must be paid in order to have an adopt put on hold.
• -when dming about a payment plan, please give an estimated timeframe in your initial message!
• -Back outs/ghosting may result in being put on the blacklist.
• -payment is due within 48 hours unless a hold is asked for, after 48 hours i will notify you that they will be put back up or nudge you.
• -all payment plans must be talked about prior to bidding.
• -incase of a back out: 35% of a payment plan is non-refundable if the plan has extended past 2 months.
• -all types of art/including add on art for adopts will not be worked on past the sketch stage until around 75% of the payment for the adopt/commission is sent.
• -if a back out occurs while add on art is being completed, the art will be re-purposed!

•  please do not get upset with me if you back out/ghost me on a personal custom and and i put it up, i am not a bank please dont treat me like one.

• Do not delete a designs profile.

• i revoke characters if you end up being a pedophile/abuser/groomer, as i do not want my work associated with you in any way, shape, or form. No monetary value will be given back to you.
• "ohhhhh but that's not legal11!!!" neither is physically assaulting children, your significant other or animals who can not defend themselves, and if you have an issue with this ^^^ specifically  ask yourself why. This is such an EXTREME almost unlikely situation.
