Owlstar

Owlstar's position in the clan is leader. She decides which direction the clan should go in, such as battle for more territory or keeping peace amongst the other clans, depending on circumstances. She makes sure that everyone is doing their jobs to support the clan by making sure there is enough food to go around to rationing food during bare-leaf, and checking how the apprentices are going with their training. She announces the names of new apprentices and their mentors, and new warriors once they have finished their training. She also speaks at gatherings, announcing what's been going on in the clan and telling them about any issues that affect all the clans, such as the water drying up is greenleaf. She also helps with other ranks duties, such as border patrols, hunting and even training the apprentices. She communicates with the medicine cat to see if there is any omens and to look for advice from Starclan or the medicine cat.

Owlstar is a calm mannered cat that can keep a level-head even in stressful situations. She can be relaxed even in dire situations, such as battles and threats to her clan. She is graceful, both mentally and physically. She is swift and athletic, however she lacks strength. She doesn't lash out in anger, and can be patient with her clanmates. Owlstar is naive, she often overlooks threats and issues within the clan. This can be that she believes everything that other cats say, even if they are strangers. This leads her to being gullible. She is passive and tries her best to avoid taking a side in disagreeing clans or with her own clan. The most she would do if clanmates are having an argument is to stop them if they start to fight with their claws and teeth. She then let's them sort it amongst themselves in a civil manner. She is quiet and is often found deep in thought. She also daydreams a fair bit, about her future, her clans future, and she imagined how certain situations will play out. She can irrational, by not thinking ahead with a plan and by going with her desires and wants, even if it's not doable or is lacking severe judgement.

Owlkit was born as a cat of Oakclan, in the beatuful warmer weather of New-leaf. The snow had melted and the threat of greencough has passed until the next leaf-bare. Her parents, Featherpounce and Leopardclaw, two fearsome and great warriors that Oakclan has ever seen, adored her since she was their only kit. She wanted to be like her parents, a well respected cat within the clan and from beyond. She often got bored, however Flintkit, the only other kit in the nursery, would cheer her up by tackling her and playing games. Leaf-bare struck the other kits with greencough, none of them had survived and it was a massive blow to the future warriors of Oakclan. Both Flintkit and Owlkit were born around the same time. She loved to play warriors and mouse and cat with the other kits. Her best friend was Flintkit, who also had no siblings.

When she was 6moons old she finally became an apprentice, Owlpaw. Her mentor was Oakclan's one and only leader, Pinestar. He was a great mentor to Owlpaw, he taught her how to hunt, how to track and how to perform border patrols. She's terrible at fighting with brute strength like her father but agile like her mother, Featherpounce, at the time, Leopardclaw had still loved her. However she had a rebellious stage, she didn't want to clean out the elders den nor do the yucky mousebile to get rid of ticks. With a stern talking to, and an adventure out to the twoleg village with her parents, she realized that she can't slack off in clan life. One day, Leopardclaw and Pinestar took her out to train. Leopardclaw watched over the training and giving advices, even teaching her and the other apprentices some moves from other areas from outside the clan. The training session got interrupted by a warrior alerting them that there was a border skirmish and that Featherpounce was severly injured. She didn't make it back to camp alive. Since then, Leopardclaw has been distant and constantly growling and critizing Owlpaw no matter what. She adjusted her fighting skills to use her agility to her advantage, even to the extent that she would change moves to suit her own abilities. She tried her best to learn to fight, even though she wasn't as strong as the other apprentices. It took her a long time before she managed to get her attacks nailed down. Flintstream had recieved her warrior name before Owlpaw, Owlpaw was often jelous of that. She had recieved her warrior name at last, Owlfeather, a moon later since Flintstream had recieved hers.

12 moons later, she became deputy, Oakclans youngest deputy at 18 moons. Warriors called out Pinestar's favortism, since he had mentored her. She never seeked out fights from the other cats, often shoving it in their face about how she's going to prove them that she is going to be one of Oakclan's greatest leaders in history. Leopardclaw was a part of the mob calling out Pinestar's biasim. Her clan never really accepted her as deputy, often complaining amongst themselves or to Pinestar.

Another 12 moons had passed, and pinestar had lost his ninth life due to greencough. It took the life of two kits, and their leader Pinestar. The snow had melted away and the sickness had finally faded away from within the clan. She had to go to the moon cave in the mountains with their medicine cat, to be bestowed the wisdom and lives from Starclan. On the night of Pinestar's death, she had pondered about how her life had taken her, her friend Flintstream, the only cat to actually support her and helped her out when other cats had questioned her, had left the clan. Owlfeather would've joined her too if she wasn't appointed deputy, but she had the duty of her clan to fulfill. She had found her dear old friend deep within the forest, who was greatly wounded by a fox, she died beside owlfeather, however Flintstream had tried to come back to Oakclan with her very own kit, Birchkit. Owlfeather had taken the kit and saved him from dying out in the wilderness without a mother. A nursing queen had adopted him. She made a promise to Flintstream and herself, that she will persevere no matter how difficult it is. The day finally came for her to recieve the wisdom and lives from Starclan, one of the cats out of the nine to give her lives, was Flintstream. Owlstar, with her newfound wisdom, she will prove to the clan that she is fit to rule. Her first step as leader, was to change the law put down by starclan, making it more flexible and more better for the clan.
