The most awkward and self-conscious hybrid inkdrian

.•°Backstory°•.

Xavier was the child of a Orchid inkdrian, and an autumn leaf seedrian who was a sage to Melody, the goddess of music. Throughout his childhood, Xavier was always closer to his mother, and always loved listening to her music, and the tales she used to tell. Unfortunately, Once he went into school, his seedrian heritage was mocked mercilessly. In time Xavier started to hide his markings and life gem. He would also become embarrassed to be seen anywhere with the person he had the closest connection with.

Years later, when Xavier was 15, his mother died. Utterly distraught over how he had pushed her away due to some malicious kids, Xavier replaced his old life gem with hers as a sign of remembrance, and began to research the god she worked for more seriously. He vowed that even if he wasn't comfortable with his heritage, that he would always hold his mother close, unlike he did in his childhood.

By the age of 20, he had left his father's house, and started to live on his own. Between shifts at the factory, he would always practice with his mother's old spear, and research the seedrian gods. His goal was to  take his mother's place as the sage of Melody. However, just over a year later, when Xavier first tried to connect the goddess that dream was mostly crushed. It turns out that his mother was the 12th and final sage the goddess could create, though, the goddess came up with a different idea, and made a pact with the young man.

For the next seven years, Xavier would practice using his new magical abilities after work. He still hasn't mastered it, though that doesn't faze him He knows that eventually, he'll do it and hopefully be able to help others with it.

Xavier is an awkward person. He often has trouble with close relationships since he doesn't want anyone to know about his seedrian heritage, nor his family. However, he's perfectly fine with his co-workers, and is quite a friendly person as long as others don't try and peer too deeply into his life.
