Lily is Briar's mother who was an angel, but was sent down as a vampire because she held power
She was heavily harassed when she went to events, so she didn't end up going to events for hundreds of years (literally, shes from the 1600s) but she recently visited to meet her son
She died at birth so Briar met her for the first time in his life just recently, she now visits events regularly and is seen as a peaceful "pretty angel lady!!"
