A former chemist who is now a Doctor-in-training.
Elian doesn't remember why he took on becoming a doctor, but it hasn't deterred him from being dedicated to his work. However, with the announcement of the new flavor of Joy, he now finds himself as unease for some reason and not even taking his joy will make it just go away.
- Is unable to take strawberry joy due to it being too high of a dosage, and thus takes vanilla joy instead.
- Uses syringes as weapons much like Doctors, but instead of injecting people with Joy, he uses neurotoxins and other various concoctions.
- Used to tinker with devices and worked as an inventor/clock-maker before becoming a chemist. One of his notable devices is a taser-like weapon.
