- Belongs to a species of semi-mental creatures that can enter other's minds. They consist of three parts - their main part is the material brain, which projects around itself the astral part (is half-liquid and does not keep its shape well), covered with a physical shell.

About
This guy comes from the species of semi-mental creatures MindJumpers. At a fairly early age, Cosmic got into a international organization, where he was trained as a searcher agent in paranormal department. His rating is pretty high and at missions he is often cooperate with another agents. His purpose is to find out the necessary information, to investigate events and incidents. He is very loyal to his leaders and takes his position with pride. Several interesting abilities make him good at this - hypnosis, telepathy, shape-shifting and the ability to jump into other's minds and dreams.
- Distinctive feature of MindJumpers, expressed very strongly, is shapeshifting. Most often he uses color and marking shifting. His most "favorite" is green, but he often appears in any other color. They depend on his mood, well-being, environment and other insignificant factors. When he experiences strong emotions, the colors and markings begin to "move" in waves or spots
- If his color shift is not enough for you to understand his emotions, he also has a "peacock" tail - a dense wide membrane, usually folded and lowered to the floor. When he experiences strong emotions, the tail begins to expand and rise up (if you scared him, the tail will open sharply, and then fold back). Although he also uses the tail for more "showy" purposes - he opens it up and uses the change in pattern to draw attention to himself and create an "atmosphere"
- Another feature of Mindjumpers is the inability to control their thoughts, and they appear here and there, like text on their bodies or even on nearby objects, and constantly popping out in the heads of nearby peoples. Therefore, they usually prefer the company of their relatives, and there already this feature passes into a kind of collective consciousness.
Cosmic, thanks to hard training, can be more in control of himself, although if he experiences strong emotions, expect random phrases in your head. He is ashamed of this feature - He has no internal organs other than the brain, so he cannot eat normal food either. He feeds on brain activity (thoughts, memories, emotions, and so on). When he eats, he does not destroy it, but simply takes energy (although he can destroy something like memory or fear if he wants). It is harmless, and the maximum that the "victim" will feel is a little fatigue

- Can change body details and traits too! Even body type (like feral, or taur, but he rarely do that). He can add wings, spikes, extra body parts, modify or remove body parts and more! Only parts that always presented is fan-tail, mask and open astral parts (inside of ears, inside of mouth, neck, palms, ventral side of tail) but he can add more of it.
- Clothes are optional and can be removed or changed. But even without other clothes often wears goggles
- Rarely has exposed brain (mostly against his will)

He is very social, but it can be difficult for him to contact someone due to several factors. First, he knows that his "external telepathy" (the feature that causes his powerful thoughts to appear on his body as text) can be unpleasant and even repulsive to others. Secondly, being a spy, he is more used to hiding, and from this arises his social awkwardness. He's just unsure of exactly how to interact with the rest. But if you are condescending to him and not show negative emotions because of his behavior (and also try not to think negatively too), then he will feel more comfortable and open. He's a good boy who likes to help and pretty much don't mind talking. He is a good listener, but he can speak a lot himself, especially on his favorite topics :) He is very energetic and active, he likes to offer his help (no matter how strange the phrase may sound: "if you want, I can go into your mind and check everything"). He is enthusiastic, sometimes even too much. When he is sure of something (this does not always mean that this is actually the right thing), he will go all the way, which can lead to problems for him (and for others) (he tries to keep himself in check, but sometimes his enthusiasm wins)
He is interested in comics and action films and games.
During assignments, he usually acts according to the situation and can completely block his emotions. He acts casual if he needs to look for information in a city and a large crowd of people, but becomes focused and emotionless if he needs to infiltrate somewhere and act secretly like a spy. At times like these, he may even become more irritable if you distract and interfere with him. He generally tries not to show his anger, only on very rare occasions. He usually tries to solve problems in a more pacifist way.

Shapeshifting
Ability, expressed very strongly. He can not only completely change his color and markings, but also change the shape of the body, add or remove limbs and body parts, and more. Often his appearance depends on the mind in which he arrives (in order to match the environment and style as much as possible) or his mood. There's only two parts he can't change: placement of exposed astral part (inner parts of the ears, hands, neck, inner part of the tail. But he can add new exposed parts) and fan-tail
Hypnosis
He can make the victim fall into a trance / sleep. He uses this ability while working, or on the rare occasion when he finds someone in particular need of his "psychological" help, but they refuses from help (Although this usually concerns his acquaintances and friends. He very rarely uses abilities on strangers, especially if they are against it)
Espionage
He went through a long hard training to become an agent and now you can say he's really good at it :) He uses color shifting to blend in with the terrain and he is also very agile and fast - even since he lived in forest he is used to moving above the ground through trees, and he made it better after hard trainings
Summary
Beginning
He was born in a small flock of MindJumpers, in the forest of Lithuania, and he was three years old (~15 human years) when one day a group of poachers started pursuing their flock. The flock fled, but Cosmic fell behind and was caught. His shell was removed, and the astral part was shoved into a jar. As such, he was found by government agents who spotted the poachers' car and arrested them. Knowing about MindJumper's abilities and considering the young age of Cosmic, they offered him training to become an agent in the International Bureau of Protection (IBP). Cosmic agreed, realizing that he could bring many benefits.
Job
He spent the next seven years training and honing his skills and abilities. He learned to control "external telepathy", to fully merge with the environment via color shift and act unnoticed, strengthened hypnosis and improved physical performance. His first mission, however, turned out to be a failure, but after that, realizing his mistakes, Cosmic began to work better and raise his rating among other agents. He became a useful employee and part of the agency, and he can no longer imagine his life without it. He often works in pairs with other agents, creating strong pairs for the job, although he works alone too, depending on the assignment.
Trivia
- His eyes are light sensitive, and it is difficult for him to see on a bright day anywhere in the city (with a lot of reflective surfaces) or in open areas. Therefore, he wears goggles, he puts them on when he needs to protect his eyes from bright light
- His brain is the most important part of his body, even one blow is enough to cause serious injury or even kill him. For the rest, he is not very afraid of injuries or blows - his astral part is almost impossible to damage (try cutting the water), and he can patch up the shell (if the wound is not too large, otherwise he will need the help of relatives)
- The clothes are actually part of the body, he just creates them with the help of shapeshifting. He can change it and "take off", as long as it at least partially touches his body. The goggles and the badge on the chest, however, are real (most of the time). The badge is optional, it indicates the affiliation to the organization
- He has girlfriend, Aurora Borealis - MindJumper, former agent, now advisor and strategist. She was severely damaged by a magical attack during one of her missions, after which she was unable to use most of her abilities, including shapeshifting, due to which she can no longer use her shell. She is serious and cold, unlike many MJs she gets angry easily (but with Cosmic she is gentle and soft uwu)
- He is physically weak (as an untrained person) and cannot fix it in any way due to his anatomy. However, he makes up for this with agility and speed, which, coupled with shapeshifting, allows him to fight strong opponents. He prefers accurate, quick strikes on the enemy's weak points.

Despite the closed nature of Aurora, they were able to develop a strong bond. They are both open to each other and try to spend as much time as possible together. Maybe they just missed other MJs. Maybe Aurora sees her self in Cosmic. Maybe they were both lonely and needed someone they didn't need to pretend to be with. They have been spies agents for a long time and hiding emotions seems natural, but is it?
Cilantro

Cilantro is a part of his psyche, a censor, and also a personal advisor and companion. They obviously have a very good relationship, Cosmic trusts her with the protection of his mind and sometimes uses her as an interlocutor and assistant (he can summon her if he is in someone else's mind himself)
Bean

Bean was visiting IBP as trainee under Cosmic's mentoring. Cosmic feels a strong responsibility for him and tries to be a good parental figure for Bean (in which he does not do very well, since he has never been a parent ,_,). Cosmic helps Bean to better cope with his abilities and teaches the basics of immersion in someone else's mind (Bean has the ability for astral projection, although it is now in a very bad state, but that's why he was sent to Cosmic)
