"I don't have a family"
That counts.
About
Harlow is a firbolg druid. He spent the majority of his life on the family farm in Hyrias, but has recently set off on his own. He's spent the last year working as a guide in Jerva while he figures out who he is and what he wants to do.
Personality
Harlow was always a bit of an awkward child and has grown into an awkward adult. He's generally easygoing and not hard to get along with, though his rural upbringing has left him inexperienced in the workings He's tries his best to be polite and hospitable at all times, and is always trying to avoid conflict when he can. In extreme cases he will resort to using his wild shape to avoid painful conversations.
Design notes
Harlow is a tall, moderately bulky firbolg. He has light brown fur with light cream around his face and along his chest/stomach, as well as spots scattered across his body. His design is based off of a young deer. He has long, curly, blonde hair that goes just past his shoulders. The flower crown on his head is built on a a base of twigs that are positioned to look like antlers. The flowers can be any type/color as they are changed out by Harlow as he travels. They are constantly shedding petals that catch in his hair and trail behind him. He can generally be found wearing variations of his old working clothes. These consist of a loose button up, faded overalls, and knee-high water resistant boots.

Backstory
Harlow grew up on the family farm as the second oldest child of 5. He was always kind of an awkward, quiet child. Had a soft spot for the animals, he preferred working with them and the animals always seemed to listen better to him. He had a favorite horse named Buddy. She was very sweet and a good comfort to a young firbolg. When he was almost an adult the horse fractured her leg and they were going to have to destroy her(that is the technical term, look it up). Harlow begged his dad to let him try and fix her. To the protestations of his mother, he was given a chance. Through hard work and a hefty amount of luck, the horse recovered. This was an important formative moment for Harlow. Afterwards he did everything he could to maximize his time with the animals, including trading chores with his younger siblings and relatives.
A feew years later, Harlow's oldest sibling Rye walks out without a word. With the eldest gone and the other adults getting older, a lot of pressure moves to Harlow for taking a more prominent role in managing the farm.
When Harlow was 34, after a particularly hard year, he was sent on a trip to Jerva to trade for some supplies they couldn’t get from the nearby villages. By the time he returned, the family had made the decision to trade all of their livestock to another farm and to refocus their efforts onto their crops. Harlow feels betrayed and alienated, and decides that Rye had the right idea. He goes back to Jerva and finds works there as a forest guide.
