fluffy otter boy, loves chicken fries. they are very soft and oblivious. he enjoys pretty much everything ever and is very optimistic, despite being totally stupid sometimes. he works as an intern for trout, the strict owner of a water park, but trout has a surprising soft spot for the otter despite his stern disposition towards everyone else. this is due to a secret crush trout has on scallop, but scallop is too oblivious to notice this.Â
