"i am drunk enough to say it, but sober enough to regret it"

A king watching over his kingdom, who might be a little too much of a party animal..................


Overly friendly and very interested in human culture, he claims his land over a large city, watching over the people and keeping them safe. He is well respected as both a king and a deity, and is often visited by his people and granted gifts and offerings. He finds no need to disguise himself with a mortal appearance as his followers love him the way he is. 

He is modest in his rule, never letting his power go to his head (or so he thinks, anyway), treating himself like an equal to his people and his court. He will often embark on adventures with his men, leading them in the right direction. 
Although he is very involved with his military, his main concern is keeping peace, though he keeps his soldiers very well trained. He often parties with them more than he trains them. Because of this, morality in his kingdom is high, but strength is low, and he could very easily be overtaken by another power.......

Xiam doesn't mind the celebration day his people have created for him, though, where they celebrate him with dancing, singing, and drinking. It's his favorite day of the year. The entire kindom celebrates, and all neighboring kindoms are welcome to join in his celebrations as well. The party lasts until no one can bear to keep their eyes open anymore, and it's quite common to wake in the morning to find people passed out in the streets or other silly places (including Xiam himself).
