It's sort of a recurring thing that people take one look at the big chunk of feathers and immediately understand this man has a terminal case of 'head empty heart full'. Standing at 6'10 with a set of wings that can sustain flight, his purple plumage and gold flecks do nothing to help the tiefling blend into the crowd. If he's not smiling and whistling a tune, he probably looks like he's about to touch something he shouldn't, or failing to not look confused. Or flustered because someone said something nice to him.

Depending when you ask him, and what he thinks you want to hear, you'll get a different backstory from him. Born of an orc, a goliath, maybe this time it's an incubus or minotaur. A tiefling? No, he's an aasimar, see his feathers and glowing eyes? Ah, do you have a package that you need someone to deliver, or are you... where is that receipt hang on...

Hawk is a wanderer, none too sure exactly where he is from but enjoying flitting about from odd job to odd job. If there's a good wind and a coin or two involved he'll end up going that way eventually. Now if only that nagging feeling of something nasty on the horizon that keeps him awake at night would leave him alone, he's not a fan of that at all.
