Fernando is a vampire who has a notable social media presence due to his attractive looks and interesting fashion sense. (I guess you could call him an e-boy.) He gained a lot of clout from... pretending to be a vampire online. But no one knows that he actually IS a vampire in real life. So he's a vampire pretending to be a human pretending to be a vampire on the internet. Makes sense, right?
He dresses in Victorian style outfits, often with loose, frilly shirts or cravats and high-waisted pants, but he actually only became a vampire fairly recently. So, he's actually a millennial vampire pretending to be a human pretending to be a Victorian vampire on the internet for clout. His supernatural friends all know the truth, though.
Fernando's personality is a spacey and flirty one, and he likes to have fun. He cares a lot about his self-image, being a bit vain, but he's friendly and doesn't like to look down on other people. He tends to draw out his phrases and has a musical tone to his speech, like "Heeey, how's it goinggg~" He doesn't really care if people know he's a vampire or not, unless they want to kill him.
In recent times, he's become enamored with a very stoic vampire hunter known simply as The Hunter, and he practically never leaves their side, much to their annoyance.
