Tatsuya! 

The dots under his eyes are a smaller set of eyes that all poffels have!!!

The older brother of Katsu and boyfriend to Yasuji. Him and Katsu kind of get along but his teasing is too harsh for Katsu most of the time even though he doesn't mean anything by it. He learned some JSL for Yasuji to better talk with him but resorts to just saying things slowly so Yasuji can read his lips or just a bad mime of what he means. He has to have glasses because his main eyes can't see too well. While most puffels have a magic aspect he doesn't have any and is actually pretty weak but wears a scarf around his neck in place of a limiting necklace like his brother has. Instead he's trying to focus all of his energy into psychology so he can help people in a different way to his brother. Absolutely loves Yasuji, Renjiro and Katsu but doesn't care for Left and sort of hates Atte because he thinks he's a bad influence on his brother (he is).
