Olais

Not really a discernable species in particular (mostly bc i havent figured it out yet. some candidates are the bush dog or some extinct canid). Their coloration is dark, consisting mostly of a flat slate grey or desaturated blue/purple. Their fingers and toes can be a light whitish color. They have a heart marking on their chest which is optional. They can also be drawn with more complex markings like a dorsal pattern of a speckled white stripe bordered by a darker color similar to their main fur color. Their tail can be either a large dragger tail that's kind of crocodilian in shape, or a puffy bobtail. They can be shown with or without clothing, but when wearing clothes they prefer those that provide a good amount of body coverage.

Olais is a very laid back person who lacks a lot of energy and is prone to fits of strong emotion. They aren't easily angered but they're easily embarrassed. They are usually thought of as pretty lazy though that isn't a quality they take pride in. They tend to be rather shy but are also impulsive and excitable around friends. They're very down to earth and understanding, most consider them easy to talk to. They have a difficult time opening up to people however and tend to build walls unnecessarily. They're a bit of a helpless romantic and like to look at things in a poetic light. They're pretty sappy and they love love.
