Cael

Setting

Cael lives on a desert planet with big, cyberpunk-esque cities, surrounded by wastelands. As these cities rise and fall, the desert wastelands became ripe with remnants of older cities. Desert inhabitants often build their outposts in here. 

Cael, originally born in one of the bigger cities in a lower middle-class family, became an outlaw when he was found trying to assassinate an important figure within organised crime. Cael fled out of the city, and took up bounty hunting jobs from the desert raiders for a living. While he lives with them now, his jobs often have him return to the cities.

Personality

Cael seems like he has two sides to himself. When not on a hunting job, he is known to be amicable and laid-back. His innocent facial features and feminine figure don't make him look much more dangerous, either. He is weak to flirting and easily won over. He also can't have a lot of alcohol. Altogether, he seems a bit of a social pushover. However, on the job he turns into a sharp, calculated hitman and lets nothing distract him.

His weapon of choice will always be a long range one; he dislikes having blood on him or getting into complicated fights. In fact, he's pretty bad at actual combat, and better at stealth.
