Hierophant: Chaos

Banished from his dimension nearly two centuries ago, Chaos has done what he does best, and amuses himself by infecting lawlessness and discord throughout the galaxy.
Without his omnipotent status, he no longer has the ability to take himself anywhere he wishes at the drop of a hat,
but he's been able to use his innate hierophant abilities to persuade, frighten, or straight up blackmail mortals into getting what he wants.
Because of this, he has a rather fancy ship that he uses for his transportation purposes, staffed by a biomechanical crew that serve that purpose.

Despite the fact that he has his own little version of freedom, the limits and laws of Toa no longer binding him, Chaos finds himself lonely.
Stirring up dissonance is a fleeting amusement, but it's only ever fleeting. He has no goals, no friends, and nothing he feels like he has to do.
His immortality is a curse before a blessing, and not ever being allowed to return home is the nail in his coffin.
