History
Wonsfolk were originally called Wonsi, a race comparable to a fuzzy silkworm. They are native to Galaterra since the beginnings of time itself. But they have been dependent on Mothlings since the first war against the Lunar invaders. In that war the Moths were gifted with the power and size necessary to face the enemy.
The Wonsi got said blessing in the second war, by the hands of Lady of the Green Wind. Her touch gave them strong and powerful bodies with a beautiful mane, the envy of many.
Moths and Worms fought along and won, now enjoying a pleasant peace.
Apearance
- Grow at a similar pace to humans
- Soft skin. Cream shades. Dark skin is a rare mutation
- Big eyes with black pupils, thick lashes, barely blink.
- No nose (they smell using the hair)
- Hair is composed of fuzzy fleeces similar to the form of their forefathers, they can use it to smell and taste.
- The hair can be cut without problems, Mothlings sell fleeces on a string as a merchandising for human tourists. If the fleeces are treated after cutting they make a fine silk.
Traditions and misc
- Mostly herbivores
- They are traders by nature (mostly in the garment making field) , the emblem is a romb shaped emerald.
- They can climb everything and resist acid.
- Snazzy, elegant, making Gucci feel cheap
- Some of them know a bit of Magick, but they are better off with weapons and disguises
- They can spit liquid silk too, but it requires a lot of treatments to be fit for making garments.
- Their names are almost always related to fabric or kind of fibers.
