ELO!Luna, also better known as: ELOONA, is an interrobot, that has a major crush on the Chief, Hancock.

She is very confident and trusting individual according to her tag, but she is often referred to as a 'girlfail' due to her awkward and silly nature. Even if she tries to stand up for herself, it ends up failing miserably. She often writes theories when making discoveries but rarely shares them due to embarrassment.
