"Arris" Valerie (Akira)

"Please don't yell, you'll wake up the lizards."

Arris became an extremely skilled hacker at a very young age, whilst he had very good intentions of helping people, he never thought about what his actions would do in the long run, and how much of a risk he was ultimately taking. When he was 19 he illegally gained access through an online auction to extremely sensitive documents related to the highly respected Ruin family. 3 days later he was arrested and taken into custody by the high guard. 

Arris was given the offer of taking a deal to work with the Northeastern government now that he had possession and knowlage of the Incarnation files. In the case that he turned said deal down he would only be used to find the person that originally gained access to the files, before both Arris and said person would be executed under the King's command. Not wanting to die, Arris accepted and obeyed the terms that he wasn't allowed to leave the complex without permission and would be given specialized privledges. At 20 he was given the responsibility of keeping the documents safe. At 21 the Northern Wars started and the current king, Kaighta Ruin was killed and dethroned, Arris was faced with no choice but to bail and ran with all of the documents, a large amount of power, and many scars. He still upholds his vow to protect the files with his life, even if he's safe from the life he used to live.
He is one of the few known individuals who are "vessels" in the fact that they have made deals with a race of Godlike individuals and have a shared conciousness/body with them. Vessels/Incarnates are usually primarily controlled by the original person, but they have access to a lot of power, of which can sometmes have a harsh recoil when it comes to using.

• Arris is missing his left arm from the elbow down and his right eye
• Snake bite piercings!
• Very nearsighted, wears prescription glasses (he only has 1 actual lense though)
• He likes lemon-lime flavoured sodas
• Likes cats
• Still a hacker but uses this ability for petty things
• Lives in an apartment with his protective older brother Akira Rikesin, in Rikesin's timeline
• Has REALLY good skin just very scarred
• Arris is a soft boy
• His teeth are permanently a bit exposed because of injury. he thinks it makes him look like a cool guy
• Keeps various reptiles

(Arris does not currently live in his original timeline and lives with an alternate version of himself. He has power over time, but switching timelines and using any of this power at all is crippling and severely injures him.)
