• You may offer on anyone as often as you'd like! ✔️
• You may message me again if I don't respond (I probably forgot!) ✔️
• You may offer USD, dA Points, digital goods, other characters, art, merch, three-way trades, or whatever else you see fit to offer ✔️
• You may ask about how I obtained a character or how much they were purchased for (I'll note you privately if I'm not comfortable sharing publicly) ✔️
• You may ask for proof of purchase. I keep ALL proof (including ALL past owners) safely in a sta.sh folder ✔️

NO! ❌

• You may not guilt-trip me into selling you my characters. I'll give you one warning, then you're blocked!❌
• You may not get angry at me for not accepting your offers. ❌
• You may not copy, reference, or colorpick off my characters. ❌
• You may not ask another artist to copy, reference, or colorpick off my characters ❌
• You may not steal, claim, or reupload my characters to toyhou.se or other sites ❌
• You may not offer split, cloned, or bred designs without letting me know about their status ❌

• You have a history of scamming
• You have been known to 'revoke' designs
• You can't provide proof of ownership (including ALL previous owners)
• You have been known to 'split' your designs
• You own and / or endorse split designs

• When you purchase from me, rights transfer the moment I receive payment. 
• When trading with me, rights transfer the moment we have BOTH given each other the 'ok'.
• You may NOT change your mind and then 'revoke' designs you have traded to me. This is against the law, and all trades are final. If you wish to get a character back from me, you can approach me about it. I make no guarantees though. 
  • "If you wish to revoke a design from someone after a completed transaction (for example, in the case of a retroactive blacklisting), please first ensure you have proof that you informed this user at the time of purchase that you have the right to confiscate the character, or that you retain ownership of the artwork and design upon sale. • You may NOT split characters/designs you get from me. Doing this will get you an insta-block and I will NOT do business with you again.
• Please tell me if you're trading a design I traded to you. You don't have to but I'd really appreciate it, I love all my characters very much.
• Pretty much all of my characters are "forever-homed", but you can try your luck.
