Personality
Masani is a hitman who clawed his way to the top of the Shadowblades in the Harenan district. He recieves contracts from bosses in other sectors if they pertain to his sector, or straight from clients, and then makes sure the assassins in his area can pick them up. At least, that's what he's supposed to do. Masani is in fact very lazy, so he will often get his subordinates to do these menial tasks. And with the money from his sponsors behind the curtain, and a cut of the money from the hits he distributes, he can afford to be lazy. However, while he may have a distaste for paperwork, Masani hasn't lost the spark that originally brought him into his line of work: revelry in bloodshed. He will often pick up contracts that catch his eye and carry them out himself. In short, he's a smug, murderous bastard with an army of assassins, and all but fools know not to cross him.
Masani's unique appearance is intriguing to many, with his feathered wings characteristic of the rare Caelusian race, as well as dark colours struck through with eye-catching gold. If he wasn't so feared, then he would be considered quite handsome.
He can breath golden bolts of fire, and the gold spikes along his neck and tail are venomous, and so are his teeth, however he lacks the tail barb of a full-blooded Harenan. His venom is quite potent, causing abnormal bleeding by thinning the blood. This can cause excessive blood loss from the wound, the nose, internal bleeding, etc. A full dose can cause hypovolemic shock.
