Appearance: An extremely small, lean, mostly white and fluffy dilute calico with one stormy blue eye and one amber eye.

Personality/History:

Cloudfeather is a gentle soul and a kind heart, with the confident humbleness to match. He adores his Clan and any cats who come talk to him and wants to do what’s best for everyone. He has a tendency to worry often and become skittish quite easily.

Born to two kind and loving parents, a kittypet and a pure HeatherClanner, Cloudfeather was the smallest comparatively to his siblings. His siblings were roughhousers, always playfighting, which sometimes dipped into actual fighting. Cloudfeather was the sibling that broke into the worst of the fights to try and break them up. When he was close to apprentice age, he dreamed about the giant cat in the Stars, Forest Watcher, showing him a path with herbs and flowers, and a path with bloodshed and torn fur. They told him that the bloodshed was not for him, and that path closed. As soon as he woke up, he decided to talk to the medicine cat at the time, a beautiful cat named Lake-eye, privately to become her apprentice when his 6th moon hit.

Disaster struck when his mentor grew sick and old during the outbreak of sickness and passed away soon after despite Cloudfeather's best efforts, while he was trying to heal his siblings as well, who had also passed away. So after gaining his full name, he vowed to do everything and anything to help any cat, no matter the circumstances.

As of late, he has had to deal with more than his fair share of death. The war against the Family caused the loss of his friend, Seashine, and a number of other injuries, including Sea’s remaining kits. The medicine cat had been taking care of his Clanmates the only way he knew how, and during this time, it came in handy.

It felt hopeless when he lost his dear friend Berrystream to old age, and then the losses of Cocoaflower and Monarchshine, to sickness and starvation respectively. The medicine cat believed himself to be a failure, unable to prevent the deaths of cats so important to the Clan.

Thankfully, his luck turned up when, while looking for flowers for his little friend Brookpaw, he ran into a kittypet named Atticus. Atticus looked and felt exactly like the cat described in a prophecy: “fear not the cat with legs like trees, for his heart and mind are full of stars”. This could only mean one thing: he was destined to be his apprentice. So, he brought him back to HeatherClan with him, and introduced him to Chestnutstar, who dubbed him Cranepaw, and his apprentice.

He has had to deal with the presence of a malevolent cat spirit inhabiting his body, causing him to lash out, threaten his friends, and lose all control of his body. He's desperate to regain his sense of self, but right now… The weight of the spirit on his own soul is becoming far too much.

Now that everyone knows and has experienced the spirit, whether first hand or from word of mouth, the calico has become more of a danger than ever after killing both his dad and an apprentice, his brother’s son.

After a dream at the Gardens with Boarflame, the calico now knows how to attack Puffinpaw and get her off, but so far it hasn’t done much but cause damage to his body.

When the Gathering where everything kinda went to shit started, Cloudfeather was stuck, a cat with no control over his body or thoughts, mixing together with the spirit of the young molly. The medicine cats practically had to drag him away from the Gathering to see if they could fix him.

And it worked…. Kinda. Now Cloud has a sort of bond to the molly, spiritually, and everytime he gets stressed out or upset, his eye turns into a blinding sun.

Maybe there’s something to it though, he just needs to figure it out.
