Personality: Bright, happy, isn't easy to make sad. He can be obnoxious and annoying, but somewhat persuasive. He loves his family and tries to be involved as much as he can with them, to Melodies annoyance sometimes.
Story: Billy and his twin Melody were both born in Monsternia in the 7th section. Billy went to school and decided to take a job in being a door to door salesman for a company that does repairs in monsters homes. He is deemed pretty successful and well off for being a new hire in the company and is currently looked up at becoming a higher up member in the company he works for.
