an otherworldly being that doesn't belong to angels, demons, or humans. they perserve the natural order of the world and judges the souls accourdingly, the one who creates marked souls

• he/ she/ they/ it
• very mysterious, ethereal aura
• doesn't speak unless needed
• doesn't even speak "outloud" at all, they talk to beings in their mind(s) for their words should only be heard to those the need to hear it
• when they're near, everything will appear black and white and everyone will be at a sense of calm (but not comfort) and complete silence, this is some sort of neutral effect they have. reapers are barely affected by it
• doesn't really leave their realm (purgatory?)/ go to the physical realm, they believe that the physical world should be left untouched to preserve fair judgement (and gets quite annoyed at the angels and demons that break those rules)
• so he has the reapers to carry out missions of: bringing the souls to his realm for judgement, capturing and bringing back souls that escaped their fate, stopping any angels or demons that want to mess with the balance of the world
• only weilds a sword and hammer, doesn't necessarily use it per say but just has them
• if they DID go to the human world, they would cover up with clothing as much as they can and would never weild any weapons (i might design like a "human form" for them lol)
• able to read entire life by lightly tapping your chest with his finger, also able to reach into chest for the soul to mark them accordingly
• balance, balance, balance, everything must be neurtral then everything is okay

ffffffffuuuuuuuck i like this guy, but they were meant to be just a bit of a side character kjdshkjds looks like i gotta make room for their role (i also kinda wanna make em beefier,,)

voice claim - whispers and has a bit of a rasp, sounds like there's several people talking and has a slight echo. another nod and appreciation towards my most fave game of all time? you bet
